Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented
Sr. Sales Engineer
with strong technical and commercial acumen. The candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, developing customer relationships, and achieving business growth within Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, and Chemical industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage new business opportunities across target industries.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective pipeline and account management.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment collection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and decision-makers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support sales strategies.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical, or equivalent).
- 3–7 years of proven experience in product sales within Oil & Gas / Pharmaceutical / Chemical industries.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial products/equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
