Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
Contributing to the overall sales strategy by providing insights into technical feasibility, challenges, and opportunities.
- Technical Expertise and Solution Delivery:
Providing in-depth technical support to the Developer representative, Design consultants and contractors, including product demonstrations, presentations, and troubleshooting.
- Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients including Developer representatives, Design consultants and contractors, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that meet those needs.
- Pre-Sales Support:
Working closely with the distributors during pre-sales activities, including identifying customer needs, developing technical proposals, and conducting product demonstrations.
- Post-Sales Support:
Providing ongoing technical support to clients after the sale, ensuring a smooth implementation and addressing any technical issues.
- Market Research and Analysis:
Conducting market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and analyze competitor offerings.
- Collaboration:
Working closely with various departments, including engineering, sales, and distributors, to ensure seamless sales execution and customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement:
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering innovation in mechanical solutions.
- Technical Presentations and Demonstrations:
Preparing and delivering engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience:
Proven experience in technical sales, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and products. with at least 4 to 5 years of sales experience in the Indian market with existing contacts with developers, design consultants and contractors.
- Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of mechanical systems for building services, products, and their applications.
- Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Hindi languages, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Sales Skills:
Strong sales acumen, including negotiation, closing deals, and building relationships.
- Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve technical challenges, providing innovative solutions to clients.
- Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients.
