We are looking for a young, dynamic MALE candidate for the position of Senior Sales Engineer at the Mumbai location.

Candidate should have minimum 2 years of work experience in sales expertise with Servo & Stepper.

Role & Responsibility:

  • Experienced with 3 to 7 years of handling sales in Automation and should have good knowledge of Control Systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA, Servo, Stepper, Control Panel)
  • Lead/inquiry generation, selection of products, offer preparation and submission, negotiation, and order closure.
  • Participate in direct calls and leads in presentations to customers, consultants, and specifiers. Maintains personal contact with major customers to ensure an appropriate level of customer happiness is achieved.
  • Adherence to sales processes and guidelines, acquiring vital approvals documentation.
  • Driving business through Channel Partners, Engaging Customers (End users, OEMs, Panel Builders, contractors) Consultants.
  • Good understanding of Business processes and Sales Processes.
  • Good networking skills, capability to develop a positive relationship with key decision-makers, opinion makers in the industry
  • The candidate should be an effective communicator with analytical and technical skills, self-starter, good teamwork skills, and ownership

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Self-management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Technical knowledge about automation products.
  • Presentation, verbal and written communications skills.
  • Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time in a local territory

Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / EC / IC/ BE
