Minimum Qualifications

**Education:** M.Phil. or MBA. in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Management etc.)

**Experience:** Minimum 2 years of professional experience in market research, data analysis, or related auditing fields.

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Research Head to lead our data-driven initiatives and research operations. This role requires a deep understanding of both internal organizational performance metrics and external client evaluation, backed by strong analytical skills and leadership in research methodologies. The ideal candidate will oversee internal/external audits, competitor analysis, and develop actionable industry insights.

Key Responsibilities

· Internal Auditing

· Monitor and evaluate employee performance through daily tracking systems.

· Generate and present weekly and monthly audit reports to measure efficiency, productivity, and goal achievement.

· External Auditing

· Assess client business performance via revenue analysis, footfall tracking, campaign effectiveness, and category performance.

· Conduct store-level mystery audits and ensure consistency and standardization of audit evaluations.

· Industry Insights

· Maintain and utilize a Big Data Repository to derive meaningful insights.

· Deliver analytics-driven reports that support executive-level strategic decisions.

· Research Leadership

· Lead field survey design, data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.

· Supervise the creation of client audit reports, competitor benchmarking, and market intelligence.

· Guide the research team in executing projects aligned with business goals and innovation.

Key Skills & Competencies

· Strong leadership and project management skills

· Proficiency in statistical tools and data visualization (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, Power BI, Excel)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

· Ability to interpret complex data into actionable business insights

· Familiarity with research methodologies and audit protocols

Preferred Qualifications

· Prior experience in B2B or consulting environments

· Experience with designing field surveys and handling large datasets

· Exposure to client servicing and stakeholder communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
