Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Deputy Manager Training for our Food Division, located in Kochi. The role involves designing, planning, and conducting training programs on food safety, hygiene, and ISO standards tailored to client needs. Responsibilities include supervising training teams, ensuring training materials meet industry standards, coordinating client projects, and maintaining exceptional customer service. The Deputy Manager will also contribute to developing new training initiatives and ensuring effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage and guide training teams effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Expertise in Training & Development and conducting effective Training sessions
  • Proficiency in fostering a high standard of Customer Service
  • Prior experience in the food industry or familiarity with ISO standards such as ISO 22000, BRC Food, or FSSC 22000 is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
