Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Nursing Superintendent to assist in managing nursing services, ensuring high standards of patient care, and supporting nursing staff across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards.
- Monitor staffing, scheduling, and performance of nursing staff.
- Conduct training, evaluation, and mentoring of nursing personnel.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams for smooth operations.
Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: BSc / MSc Nursing
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years Preffered
