Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. This fresher-friendly role is ideal for recent graduates eager to kick-start their careers in data analysis and business research. The position involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data using tools like Microsoft Excel to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct primary and secondary research to collect relevant data.
  • Analyze data using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts.
  • Identify trends and generate insights to support planning and strategy.
  • Create clear reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and product development.
  • Assist in data-driven decision-making for business strategy and operations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficient in Excel, with strong analytical and data visualization skills.
  • Attention to detail with a keen analytical mindset.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and ability to multitask independently.
  • Basic understanding of research methods and data interpretation.
  • Familiarity with survey or market research tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey) is an advantage.
