Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong product mindset—someone who thrives on solving complex problems, understands how products are built, and can collaborate seamlessly with both technical and business teams. In this role, you will help shape AI-native SaaS products by translating business needs into clear, actionable product requirements. You will work within an iterative, fast-paced environment, identifying gaps, mitigating risks, and ensuring every feature delivers measurable value to end users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering & Documentation – Conduct workshops, interviews, and research to capture functional, technical, and business requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Act as a bridge between product managers, engineers, UI/UX designers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • AI-Aware Product Thinking – Leverage understanding of AI capabilities (chatbots, automation, predictive analytics) to identify opportunities for intelligent features.
  • Problem Solving & Gap Analysis – Identify process inefficiencies, product risks, and propose scalable, technology-driven solutions.
  • Product Lifecycle Support – Assist in roadmap planning, sprint refinement, and post-release analysis to ensure features meet business objectives.
  • User Story Creation – Develop clear, detailed user stories with acceptance criteria to support development teams.
  • Testing & Validation – Support QA and UAT processes by validating features against requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership within SaaS or technology-driven environments.
  • E2E Project ownership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an end-to-end product flow perspective.
  • Exposure to AI-driven solutions or automation workflows (preferred).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and data visualization platforms.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
