  • Experience: - 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Bachelor's degree in BTech, MCA, or MBA (preferably with IT or systems specialization).
  • Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer priorities.
  • Prepare detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements to ensure timely and impactful product releases.
  • Work with developers and QA teams to deliver high-quality software in line with Agile practices.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support product marketing by preparing documentation, product presentations, and assisting with client demos.

  • Participate in trade shows, client meetings, and other events to promote the product and gather feedback.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical documentation.
