Customer Care Executive

You will be the first point of contact by our International customers. Your job will be to

  • Respond to the tickets by email.

  • Make a call if the requirement is such.

  • Create and attend a virtual call and attend to the problem the customer is facing.

  • Resolve it instantly if its an UI or settings issue by referring to the documentation.

  • If it cannot be resolved then forward the recording and explain the issue to the developers.

  • maintain proper communication with updates till the issue is resolved.

  • make follow up calls for sales.

You need to be fluent in spoken and grammatically correct english for this role and speak in your natural accent. There is no need to match the accent of your customers - they need solution to their issue & not accent. You should be able to understand different accents

Night shift 10PM to 6AM. Maximum of 48 hrs a week.
