Role Overview: You are a dynamic and result-oriented individual seeking a leadership role as the Head of Sales at RPG Granite Pvt. Ltd."s new unit located in Jigani, Bengaluru. As an experienced professional in the granite, quartzite, or natural stone industry, you will be responsible for engaging high-value clients such as architects, builders, and contractors. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement regional sales strategies aligning with company objectives - Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders - Lead client presentations and negotiations - Offer market insights to the leadership team - Drive business growth through consultative selling - Mentor junior sales staff - Represent the company at various events - Maintain accurate CRM and reporting procedures Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience in the granite or natural stone industry - Exceptional client-facing skills - Strong communication and negotiation abilities - Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving consistent growth - Proficiency in English (knowledge of Kannada is preferred) - Willingness to work from the Jigani facility - Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) - Ability to travel as required Additional Details: The compensation for this position is open and negotiable based on your expertise, with an attractive incentive structure available to reward your performance and contributions.,
