US based Company is a leading manufacturing organization specializing in temperature-controlled containers for the pharmaceutical industry. We design and deliver high-performance cold chain solutions to ensure product integrity, compliance, and reliability across global markets.

About the Role

The Head of Sales will lead the entire sales function, drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and establish strong relationships with key pharmaceutical clients. The role requires strategic leadership, strong business acumen, and a deep understanding of cold chain or pharma logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across regions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within pharma, biotech, and healthcare sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in pharmaceutical companies.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with production, operations, and product development teams to align offerings with market needs.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, negotiations, and high-value deal closures.
  • Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present insights to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 10–18 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within cold chain, packaging, pharmaceutical or any Manufacturing -related sectors
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of temperature-controlled packaging or pharma cold chain solutions is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage large strategic accounts.
