Urgent hiring for HR Manager

Profile:- HR Manager

Important note:- Candidates may sometimes need to travel to the site for manpower inspection at night shift if needed? ready to do site night shift visit (monthly - 2 visit or less) at delhi or ncr according to company projects?

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to lead and manage the organization's human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment,onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and ensuring HR compliance with labor laws. This role plays a vital part in shaping a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Staffing

  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and on boarding of new employees.

  3. Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job specifications.
  4. Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  5. Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
  6. Ensure proper documentation and background verification of new hires.

  7. Overtime & Attendance Monitoring

  8. Oversee employee attendance, working hours, and shift records.

  9. Track and verify overtime work done by employees, ensuring proper authorization.
  10. Prepare and submit overtime reports to management for approval and payroll processing.
  11. Ensure adherence to company policy and legal regulations regarding working hours and overtime.

  12. Expense Monitoring

  13. Check, verify, and maintain records of employee-related expenses, travel claims, and reimbursements.

  14. Coordinate with the finance department for timely reimbursement and expense settlements.
  15. Ensure all expenses are supported with appropriate documentation and approval.
  16. Monitor HR departmental budget and assist in cost optimization initiatives.

  17. Administrative Responsibilities

  18. Maintain and manage employee records, HR files, and documentation in an organized and secure manner.

  19. Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks including issuing letters and ID cards
  20. Coordinate office supplies, administrative support, and facility management tasks as needed.
  21. Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).

  22. Employee Relations & Support

  23. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

  24. Support employee engagement initiatives, on boarding, and induction programs.
  25. Facilitate communication between management and staff on HR-related matters.
  26. Promote a healthy, safe, and positive work environment.

  27. Onboarding & Documentation

  28. Ensure smooth on boarding of new hires including joining formalities, document collection, ID creation, and induction.

  29. Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documents (hard copy and digital).

  30. Payroll & Attendance Management

  31. Monitor and manage employee attendance through software/manual systems.

  32. Prepare and process monthly payroll in coordination with accounts, ensuring accuracy of attendance, leaves, and deductions.
  33. Handle reimbursements, advances, and employee expense claims.

  34. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  35. Foster a positive work culture by organizing employee engagement activities and handling grievances professionally.

  36. Conduct regular feedback sessions and assist in performance discussions.
  37. Coordinate statutory benefits like PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.

  38. HR Policies, Compliance & Administrative HR Tasks

  39. Maintain and update HR policies in line with labour laws and company requirements.

  40. Handle compliance documentation related to labour laws, PF/ESI registration, and contract labour deployment at project sites.
  41. Manage exit formalities including full & final settlement and exit interviews.
  42. Maintain updated organizational charts, headcounts, and leave registers.
  43. Support top management in manpower planning and team structuring.
  44. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all HR matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, MBA or PG Diploma in HR preferred.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and organizational ability.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask under pressure.
