Job Title: Business Development Executive (Sports Sector)About the Role

We are a dynamic sports firm that bridges the gap between coaches and trainees by providing a platform where they can seamlessly connect. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who will play a key role in expanding our network of coaches, understanding their needs, and promoting our offerings to drive business growth.

This role involves onboarding coaches, understanding their buying behavior, selling products, promoting our free subscription plan, and conducting offline outreach activities to strengthen our presence in the sports ecosystem.

Roles and Responsibilities1. Coach Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Identify, reach out to, and onboard qualified coaches.
  • Build strong relationships with coaches to understand their expertise, requirements, and preferences.
  • Explain our platform's value proposition, highlighting how it helps coaches connect with trainees and grow their practice.
  • Guide new coaches through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth sign-up and profile setup.

  • Market Research & Product Understanding

  • Research and analyze where coaches currently purchase their sports-related products, tools, or subscriptions.

  • Identify pain points, challenges, and gaps in their current buying experience.
  • Share insights with the internal team to improve offerings and design relevant solutions.
  • Explore opportunities to sell our products/services to coaches by positioning them as better alternatives.

  • Sales & Product Promotion

  • Introduce coaches to our product range and demonstrate how these products/services can support their coaching journey.

  • Promote our Free Subscription Plan by communicating its benefits clearly and driving sign-ups.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns for subscription growth.
  • Upsell or cross-sell paid plans/products once coaches are engaged with the free plan.

  • Offline Business Development Activities

  • Organize and participate in offline promotional activities, such as sports events, workshops, training camps, or community outreach programs.

  • Network with sports academies, schools, and training centers to generate leads for both coaches and trainees.
  • Distribute marketing materials, conduct presentations, and build visibility for the brand in offline spaces.
  • Collect feedback from on-ground activities to refine strategies for better engagement.

  • Relationship Management & Support

  • Maintain long-term relationships with onboarded coaches, addressing their queries and ensuring they feel supported.

  • Act as a bridge between coaches and our internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
  • Regularly follow up with coaches to track satisfaction, challenges, and opportunities for collaboration.

  • Reporting & Strategy Contribution

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, onboarding, and sales activities.

  • Share weekly/monthly reports on coach acquisition, product promotion, and subscription growth.
  • Suggest new strategies and ideas to improve coach engagement and product adoption.

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
