Your Role
As an
Associate General Manager,
you will oversee all villa operations, including staff management, vendor relationships, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

About You

• Develop operational strategies to achieve regional goals.
• Oversee the training and development of all staff in the region.
• Ensure consistent service delivery across all villas.
• Monitor and manage the operational budget.
• 8+ years of experience required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality or Operations Management.
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.

• Regional villa management experience.
