General Manager – Leasing

Location: Group Headquarters / Key Operational Locations

Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month (flexible)

Role Overview:

The General Manager – Leasing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across the group's retail and commercial properties, including shopping malls and cinemas. This senior role demands a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the real estate leasing market. The GM Leasing will serve as the primary liaison with tenants, brokers, and legal teams to secure favorable lease agreements aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants, focusing on retail brands, anchor stores, and entertainment venues.

Lead negotiation and execution of lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to position properties competitively.

Monitor lease administration processes, including rent collection, renewals, and tenant issues.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support overall property performance.

Manage a leasing team, set performance targets, and provide ongoing training.

Drive tenant relationship management to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in real estate leasing, preferably with exposure to shopping malls or mixed-use developments.

Strong knowledge of lease negotiation, real estate laws, and market dynamics.

Proven leadership capabilities managing a team and multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
