Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram for the role of General Manager. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, financial planning, quality control, customer service, and meeting sales objectives. This role involves developing and implementing business strategies, monitoring performance metrics, training team members, and ensuring regulatory and legal compliance. The General Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to drive growth, maintain standards, and enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership, team management, and decision-making skills to manage staff and oversee daily operations effectively.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management expertise.
  • Experience in quality control, customer service, and hospitality industry best practices to maintain high standards.
  • Proficiency in developing business strategies, setting goals, and achieving sales objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.
  • Familiarity with local regulatory and legal requirements relevant to the restaurant and hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
