FuelBuddy is at the forefront of the energy revolution, simplifying fuel delivery for businesses across India. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Associate General Manager to take charge of our national B2B last-mile operations.
This is a critical leadership role for a B2B operations veteran who can build, optimize, and scale a high-performance logistics network. If you have a proven track record of managing complex B2B last-mile operations at a national level and are ready to ensure seamless, on-demand energy delivery for our enterprise clients, this opportunity is for you.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Leadership:Own the end-to-end B2B last-mile operations, developing and implementing a national strategy to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Operational Excellence:Oversee daily operations, including fleet management, route optimization, demand forecasting, and inventory control for B2B clients.
Client Engagement:Proactively engage with existing B2B clients to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
External Stakeholder Management:Effectively manage relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors, to ensure a reliable and seamless supply chain.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of efficiency, safety, and accountability.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall service quality.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the B2B Enterprise Sales, Technology, and Customer Success teams to align on goals and deliver on client commitments.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Define key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare crisp, data-driven dashboards, and present clear reports for management meetings to ensure visibility into operational performance and key trends.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:Total years of experience of this, a minimum of 5 years of extensive and successful experience managing B2B last-mile operations, preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce sectors.
Immediate Availability:This is an urgent requirement for a leader who can join us immediately and hit the ground running.
Leadership Skills: A decisive leader with a strong ability to manage complex B2B operations, solve problems under pressure, and drive results.
Deep Domain Knowledge:A solid understanding of logistics, fleet management, and operational best practices.
Analytical Mindset:Proficient in using data and technology to optimize processes and make informed decisions.
