Assistant Manager - Tenant Advisory Group

This role requires candidate to be involved in leads generation, client interaction & business development. The candidate will be assisting the team for Real Estate office lease transaction which includes proposal submission, site visit, document verification and any other relevant work related to the transaction.

About the Role:

  • Understanding the client requirement and converting it to sales.
  • Assist in business development for Real Estate Transaction Advisory Group.
  • Lead generations, with suitable communication means including calls, meeting etc.
  • Assist team members in Real estate transaction.
  • Proposal submission, site visit, documentations.

About You:

Graduation /MBA in sale & marketing

Minimum 5 – 7 years' experience in Sales & Marketing
