Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Assistant Manager (Academic counselor individual role sales )located in Gurugram. The Assistant Manager will oversee operational tasks, ensure team efficiency, and assist in executing business strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating with departments, analyzing processes for improvement, and monitoring project timelines. The role also involves assisting in resource allocation and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications:-

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in sales or is required
  • Team coordination, leadership, and multitasking skills
  • Planning, time management, and organizational efficiency
  • Proficiency in communication, reporting, and stakeholder management
  • Experience in operations, project management, or a similar field
  • Familiarity with industry software and tools is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
