Position: Assistant Manager / Shift Manager
Department: F&B Service
Salary Range: ₹24,000–28,000
Joining Window: Between 15th–20th November 2025
Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager / Shift Manager will play a key role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and aesthetic integrity of the café's offerings. This role demands attention to detail, a sense of refinement, and alignment with the brand's Japanese-inspired ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the outlet manager in daily operations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address service concerns promptly.
• Assist in staff supervision, shift planning, and inventory control.
• Promote a warm, professional, and efficient café environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Well-groomed, articulate, and professional in demeanor.
• Background in hotel management or premium café/restaurant operations.
• Passionate about quality, presentation, and guest experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Team player with a calm, service-oriented attitude.
