Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to real estate advisory, including property scouting, client communication and coordination, market research, property valuation, negotiation, and deal closure. The Assistant Manager will also assist in managing the team and ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in property scouting and deal closure
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate advisory industry is a plus
