Overview:
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Assistant Manager – Influencer Marketing to join our marketing team. You will manage influencer campaigns, build relationships with content creators, and ensure authentic brand representation across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Identify and engage with influencers and content creators across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
- Coordinate collaborations, manage contracts, timelines, deliverables, and payments.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Assist in managing influencer budgets and negotiations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer landscapes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for digital marketing and emerging trends.
