Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Gurugram. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing strategies to optimize processes, coordinating with teams for smooth workflow, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. This role involves managing teams, preparing reports, ensuring quality control, and contributing to achieving organizational goals.

  • Experience in project coordination, budgeting, and logistics planning
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the railroad or logistics industry is an added advantage
