About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our Talent Management team within Human Capital. This is a people management role with responsibility for the full employee life cycle, HR operations excellence, and process automation. The role offers opportunities to lead, innovate, and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    end-to-end employee life cycle
    from onboarding to exit.
  • Lead
    HRMS automation
    and process improvement initiatives.
  • Define HR operational goals aligned with business strategy.
  • Supervise team performance and drive operational excellence.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with policies and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR-related solutions.
  • Partner with technology and senior leadership to align with organizational goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate/Master's degree with
    7–12 years of HR Operations and Benefits experience
    .
  • Minimum
    4 years of people management experience
    .
  • Strong workflow management and process optimization background.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, policies, and compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience with
    Workday
    (preferred).
