What You'll Lead
:


• Brand Voice & Social Strategy: Elevate our digital presence across Instagram, reels, and campaigns.


• Performance Marketing & Revenue: Run growth-driven campaigns, track KPIs, and push conversions.


• Founder PR & Brand Buzz: Help us stay in the media — and stay talked about.


• Events & Offline Pop-Ups: Co-create retail experiences that build community and culture.


• Creative Launches & Drops: Ideate and execute around new collections, campaigns, and customer stories.

Who You'll Work With
:


• Directly with the Founder, across every marketing, content, and scale decision.


• With the design, growth, and retail team to build an omnichannel brand from ground up as we grow fast .


• With agencies or freelancers (only if needed — you should be hands-on first).

• 4-7 years in fashion/lifestyle brand marketing


• Strong handle on content + paid growth (Meta, Google, CRO, Shopify etc.)


• Obsessed with storytelling, campaigns, and customer insight
