Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance Eclatmaxs online presence, engage our audience, and support our digital initiatives. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with 24 years of experience in digital marketing who is eager to grow their skills while contributing to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Management:

  • Create, schedule, and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Monitor trends, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages professionally.
  • Repurpose and adapt content for different digital channels.
  • Support brainstorming and ideation for new social media campaigns and digital initiatives.

Online Learning & LMS Support:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to prepare and format content for online courses.
  • Manage the uploading of course materials, videos, quizzes, and assignments on the LMS.
  • Ensure a smooth learner experience and assist in course operations from planning to payment monitoring.

Performance Monitoring & Analytics:

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media and content performance metrics.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to identify trends and optimize campaigns.
  • Assist in preparing regular reports on digital marketing activities.

Internal Collaboration & Support:

  • Work closely with internal teams to gather content and ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Support marketing initiatives, email campaigns, and market research as needed.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance digital presence and audience engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2 - 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with social media management and content creation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Graphy, Teachable, or Thinkific is a plus.
  • Creative direction skills to guide content, visuals, and campaigns effectively.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative.
  • Supportive understanding of SEO fundamentals.
  • Eager to learn and stay updated with digital marketing trends.
