• Brief Introduction -

We are looking for a candidate having 5+ years of working experience in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) along with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and 5-7 years of total IT Experience. The person will be responsible for delivering business solutions and resolving complex issues in UKG WFM and EC. They should be able to do the root cause analysis and focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibiities -

As Business Specialist, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Delivering Scalable Business Solutions and support existing UKG Pro WF Solution across multiple global sites
• Partnering with Business and IT Teams for ongoing implementation and enhancements of the existing WFM implementation
• Ensuring smooth support for applications and finding RCA for support issues on an ongoing basis
• Taking end to end ownership of the results. Being Responsible for on-Call and Monthly system Maintenance
• Staying ahead of the curve with the latest WFM trends and features
• Work closely with Vendors for reporting issues and getting resolution
• System configuration: Configure and deploy various UKG WFM modules, such as timekeeping, pay policies, scheduling, accruals, Clock configuration to meet client-specific requirements.
• Requirements and documentation: Lead sessions to gather functional and technical requirements and document them for the project team.
• Technical and functional expertise: Provide technical guidance, support testing, and troubleshoot complex issues within the UKG Pro WFM platform.
• Project management: Manage project delivery, monitor risks, and ensure timely and quality outcomes.
  
  Maintaining accurate documentation of the solution design, configuration settings, and system processes.
• Demonstrating Growth Mindset in your day to day work

Required Qualification -

• Engineering graduate, B.E. / BSc. Computer Science / BSc IT or relevant Bachelor qualification
• 5+ years of Relevant experience in UKG Pro WFM and SAP EC
• 2+ years of experience in UKG Pro WFM and Employee Central implementation or Support
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with partners at all levels

Preferred Qualification -

• Hands on experience in:

a. Advanced Scheduling

b. Technical Understanding / working experience in middleware integration platform like Boomi

c. Working Knowkedge of UKG Data Analytics / UKG Data Hub
