Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Food Server with a background in star-rated hotels. The ideal candidate should possess a pleasant personality, professional demeanor, and a passion for hospitality. Flexibility in work timings and a commitment to delivering high-quality guest service is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards and presentation guidelines
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, tables, and workstations
  • Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure timely service
  • Comply with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Guest Service in a 3-5 star-rated hotel or high end fine-dining restaurant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-groomed with a pleasant personality and decent behavior
  • Ability to handle guests with warmth, patience, and professionalism
  • Willingness to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
