Our Concierge Team plays an essential role in ensuring that every guest receives seamless, personalized service. They are professional hosts approachable, intuitive, and dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences that reflect our brand values and hospitality excellence.

As a Concierge Executive, you will be part of a dynamic and guest-focused team that believes anything is possible, and that every interaction is an opportunity to make a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the concierge desk and guest services area.
  • Welcome and assist guests courteously, ensuring all inquiries and requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate and updated information about local attractions, restaurants, events, shopping, and transportation options (Delhi or Dubai).
  • Coordinate transport, reservations, event bookings, courier services, and sightseeing tours as per guest requests.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage) to ensure a flawless guest experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with trusted local vendors, restaurants, and travel partners.
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety, and brand policies at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Concierge, Front Office, or Guest Relations, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi proficiency is a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of local attractions, dining, shopping, and cultural highlights in Delhi or Dubai.
  • A proactive "Yes I Can" attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Presentable, well-groomed, and confident demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹35,000.00 per month
