Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Consultant, located in Hyderabad. As a Telesales Consultant, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our services, and converting leads into sales. Your day-to-day tasks will include making and receiving calls, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a detailed record of conversations and outcomes. Additionally, you will be conducting sales consultations and participating in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and offerings.
Qualifications
- Sales Consulting and Sales skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Experience in Training and ability to adapt to new learning methods
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field
