Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Hyderabad. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about tax filing services, answering inquiries, and closing sales. Additionally, the role involves maintaining and updating customer databases, meeting sales targets, and offering exceptional customer support and service. The representative will participate in training sessions to stay updated on services and sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Customer Support roles
  • Ability to participate in and benefit from Training sessions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the tax services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
