Job Title: Receptionist ( Female)
Experience: Fresher / 1–2 Years (preferred)
Location: Hyderabad
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain visitor records and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and conference room bookings.
- Receive and sort mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, office supplies).
- Provide support to HR/Admin teams when required.
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with professional etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
- Good organizational and multitasking ability.
- Customer service attitude.
Qualification:
- Graduate / Intermediate (Any discipline).
