Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Sales Executive, located on-site in Gurugram. The Business Sales Executive will be responsible for managing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research to identify new leads, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves preparing sales reports and collaborating with the marketing team to implement effective strategies.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or cloud services industry is a plus
