Job Description:
- Bring new Channel Partners on board and maintain relationships with existing Channel Partners.
- Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the Projects.
- Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet Customer/ Channel Partner expectations.
- Act as a bridge for communication between the Customers/ Channel Partners and Closing team.
- Access, clarify and validate Channel Partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high Channel Partner satisfaction rate.
- Conduct regular product training for the Channel Partner and their team.
- Make sure the Leads generated are serviced within the TAT.
- Coordinate for the Channel Partner pay-outs post booking.
- Monthly Market & Competitor Analysis, studying the trends & new developments in the market.
Qualifications:
- 5 plus years of experience in Channel Sales or vertical, with a focus on the real estate industry.
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making.
- Knowledge of the Indian real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Flexible with travel requirements based on business needs.
