Job Description:

  • Bring new Channel Partners on board and maintain relationships with existing Channel Partners.
  • Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the Projects.
  • Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet Customer/ Channel Partner expectations.
  • Act as a bridge for communication between the Customers/ Channel Partners and Closing team.
  • Access, clarify and validate Channel Partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high Channel Partner satisfaction rate.
  • Conduct regular product training for the Channel Partner and their team.
  • Make sure the Leads generated are serviced within the TAT.
  • Coordinate for the Channel Partner pay-outs post booking.
  • Monthly Market & Competitor Analysis, studying the trends & new developments in the market.

Qualifications:

  • 5 plus years of experience in Channel Sales or vertical, with a focus on the real estate industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of the Indian real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Flexible with travel requirements based on business needs.
