Our company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new business partners, brokers, and agents to expand our network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external property consultants to drive business growth.
- Source verified clients through partner networks and references to increase revenue.
- Drive registrations and bookings by activating the channel partner network.
- Plan and execute broker meets and field visits to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead flow and optimize business strategies.
- Provide regular feedback and market intelligence to inform business decisions.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or a related field.
- Strong local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, field-oriented, and result-focused.
- Own vehicle preferred.
