Business Development Manager

Our company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new business partners, brokers, and agents to expand our network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external property consultants to drive business growth.
  • Source verified clients through partner networks and references to increase revenue.
  • Drive registrations and bookings by activating the channel partner network.
  • Plan and execute broker meets and field visits to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead flow and optimize business strategies.
  • Provide regular feedback and market intelligence to inform business decisions.

Eligibility & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, field-oriented, and result-focused.
  • Own vehicle preferred.
