Sourcing Specialist

At the core of our organization, we require a detail-oriented and analytical professional to spearhead sourcing initiatives. This is a full-time role responsible for identifying and engaging channel partners across various projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential channel partners and evaluate their suitability.
  • Select and recruit new channel partners to meet the organization's specific needs.
  • Maintain alignment with industry trends and ensure that our channel partners are in sync with our goals.
Required Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills for market research and channel partner evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and marketing skills to effectively promote our brand and products.
  • Proficiency in CP management to optimize our channel partnerships.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common objectives.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sourcing.
