About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client handling, and business growth strategy. You will play a key role in driving company revenue and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote company services to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for smooth execution of deals.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and client databases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong presentation and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and lead management platforms.
