Our client is seeking a Deal Strategy Specialist to join our high-performing Sales Operations team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Order Management, Deal Management, and Contract Operations, with a strong analytical mindset and a collaborative approach to driving business growth.

Position: Deal Strategy Specialist

Education: Graduates and Post Graduates

Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience into deal management / order management

KRA:

  • Manage end-to-end deal operations from pricing and proposal creation to order processing and approval workflows.
  • Support sales teams in structuring deals aligned with company policies, revenue targets, and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, and Delivery) to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Review deal terms, pricing, and documentation to ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Maintain and update deal records in CRM and order management systems.
  • Provide insights on deal trends, pricing models, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

CTC : 4.5LPA to 5 LPA
