Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to structure and manage the company's finances. The role involves being the face of the organization while dealing with banks, investors, and financial institutions, and ensuring the company's books are updated, accurate, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure, manage, and monitor the companys overall financial strategy.
  • Represent the company in all financial dealings with banks, investors, and external stakeholders.
  • Lead financial planning, analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant accounting, auditing, and financial reporting.
  • Drive fundraising initiatives, investor relations, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Manage treasury, working capital, and cash flow optimization.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
  • Present strategic financial insights and MIS reports to leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Masters in Finance / MBA (Finance) from a premium institute.
  • 7–10 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, financial consulting, or treasury management.
  • Expertise in financial structuring, capital markets, compliance, and taxation.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, MIS, financial modeling, and MS Excel/Power BI.
  • Excellent communication, investor relations, and negotiation skills.
  • Exposure to real estate, FMCG, or investment sectors (preferred).
