Role Overview

As a Finance Analyst at Turium AI, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing Turium ERP's Finance & Operations modules. You'll work at the intersection of finance, technology, and AI, helping clients implement, analyze, and enhance digital finance solutions powered by Turium ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Concur and SuccessFactors.

Working hours: This role requires availability during AEST / AEDT business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support financial process implementation and optimization within Turium ERP
  • Conduct data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate SAP S/4HANA Finance and SuccessFactors HR functionalities into Turium ERP
  • Prepare and manage financial dashboards, KPIs, and management reports
  • Assist in testing, validation, and documentation of ERP finance processes
  • Partner with business users to streamline financial workflows and identify improvement opportunities
  • Participate in digital transformation initiatives involving AI-driven automation and reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Recent CA graduate preferred
  • MUST — Bachelor's or Master's degree in B.Com / B.Com (Hons) / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) / B.A. (Economics) / M.A. (Economics)
  • Strong foundation in financial principles and accounting standards
  • Interest or experience in ERP systems, financial automation, or data analytics
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or SQL
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
