Position Overview: The Sales and Finance Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting both the sales and finance teams by ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This individual will be responsible for managing sales data, financial transactions, and providing analytical insights to optimize processes and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records, including customer orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and contracts.
  • Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support finance department in processing financial transactions, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide support for audits and compliance activities.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance sales and finance operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sales and finance operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.
