Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join an MNC. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for digital advertising, and a strong track record in sales. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and leveraging your sales support expertise to deliver high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales: Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and other outreach channels to promote Ads services.
- Sales Strategy: Understand client objectives and recommend tailored Ads solutions to support their business goals.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Cross-selling/upselling/outbound/inbound/ Ads sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, Ads services, or related domains.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proven experience in closing deals and working with decision-makers across levels.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
