Lead Generation Executive

Role & responsibilities :-
Conduct cold calls to potential clients from provided databases or self-sourced leads.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through questioning and research.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and follow-up actions.
Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Develop a deep understanding of the companys products/services to effectively pitch to prospects.
Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates and call outcomes to management.
Preferred candidate profile :-
Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or cold calling (B2B preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in [language(s)].
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Ability to handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, LinkedIn research).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
