POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital growth initiatives. This role involves executing and managing all SEO activities, digital ad campaigns, website optimisation, and online presence enhancement. The ideal candidate will also handle SEO-focused social media growth and liaise with multiple stakeholders to achieve business goals.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • SEO & Website Optimisation:
  • Develop strategies to improve organic search traffic and lead generation.
  • Perform in-depth keyword research and optimise website architecture, navigation, and content for search engines.
  • Conduct site audits, monitor page indexing, and implement technical SEO best practices.
  • Digital Advertising:
  • Set up, run, and monitor digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, SEM, etc.) to maximise ROI.
  • Analyse and optimise ad performance metrics for ongoing improvement.
  • Analytics & Insights:
  • Use tools like Google Analytics to track, measure, and report website and campaign performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Platform Management:
  • Manage and optimise platforms such as Wix, Shopify, Google Merchant Center, GMB, Exotel, and Wati.
  • Social Media SEO & Ads:
  • Enhance the SEO and visibility of SRGR's presence on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and execute ad strategies tailored to each platform.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and partners to align digital strategies with overall business goals.
  • Ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Miscellaneous:
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends.
  • Take ownership of tasks and execute them diligently.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • 2-3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools, techniques, and strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and website platforms like Wix and Shopify.
  • Analytical mindset with a logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Google Merchant Center, GMB, Exotel, and Wati.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.

WORK DETAILS

  • Location: NR Road Bangalore (Work from Office)
  • Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Joining Date: Immediate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28, ₹35,000.00 per month
