Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist with around

Minimum 1 years of professional experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on

individual who can seamlessly blend website development with marketing strategy - SEO,

Content, social media. You will be instrumental in driving our online presence and maintaining

our core digital assets.

Key Responsibilities


• Website Management & Development -

o Develop, maintain, and update our primary corporate websites built on the

WordPress platform.

o Manage website hosting, security updates, backups, and minor troubleshooting

to ensure uptime.

o Implement minor design changes and functionality enhancements using

relevant WordPress plugins.

o Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and optimized for fast load times.


• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

o Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search

rankings and increase targeted traffic.

o Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new

opportunities.

o Monitor and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics,

Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.

o Manage website content structure and SEO factors


• Content & Social Media Marketing

o Assist in creating, editing, and publishing engaging marketing content,

including blog posts, website copy, and case studies as required

o Manage and execute campaigns across key social media channels (e.g.,

LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).

o Monitor social media engagement and analytics to identify trends and improve

campaign performance.


• Analytics & Reporting

o Track, measure, and analyze all digital marketing campaigns and channel

performance.

o Generate regular reports to communicate performance, insights, and

recommendations to the marketing team.

Qualifications & Experience


• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a hands-on digital marketing role.


• Proven experience developing, customizing, and managing websites using WordPress.


• Experience with SEO tools and best practices, resulting in measurable improvements.


• Managing corporate social media accounts and executing content strategies.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field

(or equivalent practical experience).
