Digital Marketing Specialist
 to take our brand to the next level and generate high-quality leads.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Specialist
 with hands-on experience in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry—preferably someone who has worked with leading brands like
Kaya Skin Clinic, VLCC, ISAAC Luxe, Bodycraft, etc.
 The ideal candidate should be skilled in
creating engaging content
, executing
lead generation campaigns
, and managing a wide range of
digital marketing platforms
 to drive brand awareness and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube focused on generating quality leads.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce CPL (Cost Per Lead).
  • Monitor analytics and KPIs to track lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the sales/CRM team to align campaigns with business goals and ensure proper follow-up of leads.

2. Content Creation & Social Media

  • Develop high-quality, engaging, and educational content tailored for the skin, hair, and aesthetics industry.
  • Create a monthly content calendar covering posts, stories, reels, and ads.
  • Write compelling captions, blogs, and scripts for short videos and testimonials.
  • Work with designers and video editors to create professional-grade creatives.

3. SEO & Website Management

  • Optimize website content for SEO and user experience.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to update landing pages and service pages.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and implement best practices for on-page and off-page SEO.

4. Influencer & Reputation Management

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and micro-influencers relevant to the brand.
  • Manage online reputation through reviews on Google, Practo, Justdial, etc.
  • Monitor brand mentions and respond to client queries and feedback across platforms.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, lead quality, and digital metrics.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, etc.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of digital marketing experience
    , preferably in the
    skin, hair, wellness, or aesthetic healthcare
     domain.
  • Prior experience working with
    premium brands like Kaya, VLCC, ISAAC, Bodycraft, etc.
     is
    highly preferred
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing
    , and
    lead funnels
    .
  • Excellent skills in
    content creation
    , storytelling, and audience engagement.
  • Experience in
    campaign budgeting, performance tracking, and ROI reporting
    .
  • Up-to-date with
    current trends in skincare, haircare, and cosmetic treatments
    .
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders.

  • WordPress or similar CMS
  • SEMrush / Ahrefs / Ubersuggest

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Marketing, Communications, Digital Media
    , or a related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) is a plus.
