We are looking for a confident, efficient, and trustworthy Personal Assistant (preferably female) to support the Director in both professional and personal capacities. This role involves frequent international travel all over the world, managing a fast-paced schedule, and ensuring seamless coordination across time zones and destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative and personal assistance to the Director.
  • Manage daily schedules, meetings, appointments, and global travel plans.
  • Coordinate international flights, visas, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Accompany the Director on worldwide business trips, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Liaise with international clients, partners, and service providers.
  • Prepare business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with personal tasks such as reservations, shopping, and errands.
  • Ensure smooth operations and anticipate needs during travel or events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Hindi/Gujarati an advantage).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Smart, presentable, and adaptable to different cultures and environments.
  • Proficient in MS Office, email management, and travel coordination tools.
  • Must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel all over the world frequently and on short notice.
