Location: Malkajgiri, Hyderabad

Work Mode: On-site

Work Days: 6 days a week

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive with 23 years of experience to join our team. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of processes, and supporting overall HR functions to enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, leave management, and employee database with accuracy.
  • Handle payroll inputs, statutory compliance coordination (PF, ESI, Gratuity), and related queries.
  • Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and grievance handling.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain confidentiality of employee data.
  • Assist in recruitment support and coordination when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations or generalist profile.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
