Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Executive for an industrial role at our headquarters in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position that requires a strong background in operations management, with a focus on optimizing supply chain processes and implementing lean manufacturing techniques to drive efficiency and quality.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in supply chain management (Mandatory skill) to efficiently oversee, manage, and optimize the supply chain processes within the industrial domain.
  • Proficient in lean manufacturing (Mandatory skill), ensuring waste reduction and enhancing production processes for improved operational efficiency.
  • Strong command of inventory management (Mandatory skill) to effectively monitor and maintain supply levels, reducing overhead costs, and preventing stockouts.
  • Solid knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and quality control within the operational framework.
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, to integrate and streamline various business processes, improving overall operational productivity.
  • Project management skills to successfully plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Capability in process optimization to evaluate existing operations and implement strategies for enhanced performance and efficiency.
  • Expertise in quality assurance practices to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations consistently.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations within the industrial sector, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless supply chain integration, reducing downtime and production costs.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits to prevent excess stock and shortages, optimizing storage and distribution.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational strategies and objectives that align with business goals.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing solutions for enhanced performance.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies, ensuring all practices meet the necessary legal and safety standards.
  • Lead teams in the execution of project management tasks, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
